Greater Mental Physical and Spiritual Strength

Harvesting. What is that fruitfulness? From John 15:1-16 we may conclude that it is love, joy, and answered prayer (verses 10, 11,16). And the Lord wants us to become "fruitful in every good work" (Colossians 1:10). You can be sure that if you follow the steps to spiritual growth, you will find yourself strengthened within, ready for the good things God wants you to do and enjoy.

For a summary of the harvest we can expect, turn to Galatians 5:22-23. Today's English Version of the Bible puts it this way: "But the spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, and self-control." With those qualities abounding within, you will have all the strength you need to cope with whatever life brings.

1. Utilize the immense power of faith.

2. Get rid of energy-draining emotions.

3. Fill your life with the positive characteristics of trust, confidence, hope and love.

4. Let go and let God work.

5. Use the strength you have and you will gain more.

6. Give yourself a spiritual checkup.

7. For increasing power, follow God's principles of growth.
